World Tourism Day is commemorated each year on 27 September to foster awareness among the international community of the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political & economic value. This year, our celebrations honor the global theme “rethinking tourism” aiming to inspire a discsussion about the tourism’s impact on the planet and opportunities to grow more sustainably.

On the occasion of the celebration of September – The National Honey Month, our guests will have the chance to ‘bee’ on board and meet the wonderful bee society Honey, Wax, Pollen, Royal Jelly, Propolis and the Queen Bee! Experience our hives, learn about the bee extracts, wear your bee keepers suit and meet the bees!

Learn how to extract the honey in the most authentic way and taste it on the spot.

Our Bostani – the on-site vegetable and herb garden, tended to by an in-house team, produces seasonal crops that include eggplants, onions, tomatoes and peppers, amongst other vegetables, fruits, local greens and herbs, all destined for the intimate garden dinners that are hosted by our Chef Lefteris Iliadis. The menu is inspired by Crete’s local flavors and aromas, and pays tribute to all-time-classic family recipes.
