Our Bostani – the on-site vegetable and herb garden, tended to by an in-house team, produces seasonal crops that include eggplants, onions, tomatoes and peppers, amongst other vegetables, fruits, local greens and herbs, all destined for the intimate garden dinners that are hosted by our Chef Lefteris Iliadis. The menu is inspired by Crete’s local flavors and aromas, and pays tribute to all-time-classic family recipes.
