Founder of the culinary project Nomade et Sauvage, Chef Tseneklidis embraces the philosophy of outdoor cooking, in remote locations, over an open fire, seeking to preserve the culinary identity and essence of the geographical region and its people.
Joining forces with Cretan Malia’s Creative Consultant Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, they will be creating a vegetarian menu that will narrate the story of Crete, through its flavors and aromas.
