Patron of the Hasika restaurant and Executive Chef in Medusa restaurant in Crete, Chef Michalis Chasikos proposes a Cretan cuisine with a nod to the rest of Greece. He presents dishes characterized by simplicity and good taste, with a focus on seasonal, local and sustainably-sourced ingredients, from small-scale producers. This summer Chef Chasikos, joins Cretan Malia’s Creative Consultant Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, in a culinary journey in the island’s most beloved recipes, with focus on vegetarian dishes.
