    Phāea Farmers Feast at Bostani

    Executive Chef Lefteris Iliadis switches up the typical farm-to-table dinner by bringing the table to the farm. This summer, will take you on a journey to a holistic gastronomic experience. A series of intimate chef-led dinners will take place in the pavilion of our Organic Kitchen Garden – Bostani – offering a nourishing vegetarian menu that constitutes of the seasonal harvest of our land, with a look on our Phāea Farmers initiative.

    Open Fire Cooking

    We love pairing authentic food experiences and heartfelt Cretan hospitality through a unique Open Fire Cooking experience, curated by our Creative Consultant Chef, Athinagoras Kostakos, along with guest chefs. These culinary experts will take guests on a journey of flavors as they prepare traditional Cretan dishes over an open flame. This intimate and hands-on experience will allow guests to learn about the local cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients while enjoying a delicious meal in a beautiful outdoor setting.

    Guest Bartender Mixology Events

    Our Guest Bartender Mixology Events invite world-acclaimed tastemakers to get behind the bar and craft unique cocktails. Curated by the award-winning mixologist Aristotelis Papadopoulos, this series of events are built around local, seasonal, quality ingredients and refined versions of classic drinks to be enjoyed during these laidback evenings.

    New Programming

    We know that parents and children need to spend valuable time together as well as apart to foster creativity. The Little Explorers Kids Club, open from 10am until 9pm seven days a week for kids aged 3 – 12, where little guests can expect a nourishing program of activities with a focus on the destination including crafts, cooking lessons, games, gardening and lessons related to Crete’s myths and legends. Crete is cited in many of the Greek myths so there is nowhere more inspiring to learn the lessons of the dramatic stories that have influenced storytelling ever since, carrying powerful messages that still ring true today.

    Our New Library

    Our Kids Library has everything kids and their families to keep our little ones engaged in meaningful and inspiring ways. When reading is over, there’s plenty of fun and enticing activities young learners can get involved in. We love stories that help kids discover and relate to the world. From coloring activities to myths & legends and further on to seed planting workshops for young learners, our little guests will find a wide variety of activities to stay engaged while learning.
